Front of House Team Lead

At Chick-fil-A Arden Fair, our mission is to be the most caring restaurant in Sacramento. 

We are seeking a Front of House Team Lead.  This person is an integral leader of our team and carries many important responsibilities which include open and/or close our store and guide our team members through shifts in a fast-paced, high volume store.  We are looking for someone who can:

  • Be a leader and manage a successful and efficient shift
  • Provide excellent hospitality to our team members and guests
  • Provide strong cash management skills 


1.  Assist management in running a successful shift and every aspect of Front of House operations: Drive Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room and Mobile. The goal is for the shift to run smoothly, excellently and profitably, and for team members and guests to have an amazing experience. This is reflected and measured by the restaurant CEM scores (provided by Chick-fil A corporate).  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic placement for each position
  • Compliance with mandatory breaks and rotations
  • Daily waste input into system
  • Thorough and accurate execution of opening and closing procedures
  • Assist management with real-time and on site coaching
  • Assist management in resolving guest complaints
  • Ensure a smooth shift transition, including a walkthrough

3. Strong cash management skills are required.  This includes:

  • Accuracy in counting drawers
  • Change fund orders
  • Count safe end of each night & input correctly into our system

  • Open availability: Monday - Saturday
  • 2 years experience running shifts
  • Available to close and/or open the restaurant (min 3 shifts)
  • Training experience of all positions with strong knowledge of in-store operations
  • Minimum 30 hours per week

    Pay Range:

    $21.00 - $23.00/ hour
